Scurt\u0103 descriere:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00cen laboratorul de genomic\u0103 investig\u0103m varia\u021biile genetice \u0219i epigenetice asociate cu susceptibilitatea dezvolt\u0103rii unor forme de cancer pentru a utiliza informa\u021biile ob\u021binute pentru metode de diagnostic \u0219i prognostic mai bune. Laboratorul este echipat cu sisteme de automatizare versatile cu o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de aplica\u021bii \u0219tiin\u021bifice posibile: extragerea materialului genetic \u0219i analiza unui panou cuprinz\u0103tor de gene sub- sau supra-exprimate \u00een cancer, identificarea muta\u021biilor punctuale (SNPs) sau alte varia\u021bii genetice prin secven\u021biere ADN, analiza st\u0103rii de metilare a genelor prin metoda de tratament cu bisulfit \u0219i secven\u021biere ADN. \u00cen colaborare cu Laboratoarele Microarray \u0219i Cultur\u0103 Celular\u0103 ale Institutului OncoGen, genele asociate cu sensibilitatea la cancer identificate prin screening sunt validate \u0219i confirmate prin teste in vitro pe liniile de celule tumorale umane.<\/span><\/p>\n
