Short description:
The ELISA Laboratory is an integral part of the OncoGen Center and is specifically designed to detect and quantify proteins, antibodies, peptides or hormones in biological samples. The ELISA platform offers increased chemi- / fluorimetric readout for cellular or biochemical applications with a number of features specifically designed to improve the sensitivity and reproducibility of investigations. This platform is flexible and features a 96-well automatic microplate wash system with increased temperature uniformity. Modular design is ideal for a series of ELISA applications performed on cells, enzymes or DNA, both for research and for clinical diagnosis.
Main activities / techniques:
- detection of antibody concentration in plasma, culture supernatant, other biological fluids
- detecting potential allergens
- monitoring the evolution of diseases
- detection of antigens: drug allergens, concentration of tumor antigens
