Quality control Laboratory (QC / GLP)

Short presentation:
Within this department are developed quality control tests that are applied to the analysis of all materials and reagents whose use is considered to be critical in the activities of production and storage of materials and finished products. The laboratory is essential for establishing procedures for monitoring products dedicated for clinical use and quality control of cell cultures. Our aim is to achieve validation of all procedures, including the duration and conditions of transport of biological materials, protocols cultivation of various cell types, quality inspection and aseptic reagents, procedures and final products.

Main activities/techniques:

  • sterility tests
  • cell counting
  • cell differentiation assays
  • cytogenetic test
  • detection of cell markers (flowcytometric and/or immunohistochemistry)
